Welcome New Employees!

Wake Christian has recently welcomed several new employees to our family, a few teachers will be moving to new positions within the school,  and we will miss a few of our teachers that will be leaving us.

Jennifer Bishop (third grade) is relocating to Knoxville , TN and will be teaching  at Concord Christian School.  Her joyful Christ-like spirit will be greatly missed.

Shelby Smith (teacher assistant) has accepted the position of Hallmark store manager at Cary Towne Center. Her smiling face  and servant’s heart will be missed. We pray God’s blessings on these ladies.

Karen Tart has accepted the third grade teaching position.  Her commitment to Christian Education has been evident since joining the WCA faculty in 2008.  She has a BS in Inter-Disciplinary Studies with cognates in Education and Bible from Liberty University.

Michaellynn Hughes has accepted the first grade teaching position.  She has been associated with WCA for eight years as a parent, substitute teacher, and  teacher assistant.  Mrs. Hughes has a BS in Elementary Education from Liberty University.

Hayley Field has accepted the Assistant Director of Technology position.  Ms. Field is a graduate of WCA (2010) and also of a graduate of Harding University (2014). Ms. Field has worked at WCA for 3 years as a network engineer.

Ms. Ericka Dollar will join the middle school team as the Earth and Life Science teacher. Ms. Dollar grew up in the Garner area and graduated from North Carolina State University where she majored in Middle Grades Science Education.
