STEM Week: Third Grade Teams Design Spaghetti Towers

On days 1 & 2 of STEM Week 2016, WCA third graders worked in cooperative pairs to design and build the tallest tower they could. The tower had to be strong enough to support a large marshmallow at its highest point. The students had to engineer their towers using only dry spaghetti and limited amounts of masking tape.
